For your grocery shopping needs a Publix Grocery Store is located in Champions Gate, which is located on Hwy 532-E. You may also access from I-4 exit 58.  Also a McDonalds, Subway, Video Rental, Chinese, liquor stores all located in this shopping complex.

Our home is located about 10-15 mins. from Disney. Following the directions backward from the house to where you got off I-4 at Exit 58. There you can get back on either I-4 East or West.

 I-4 East which will bring you right into all the Exits for the Disney Parks: Epcot; Magic Kingdom; MGM Studios; and your Water Parks such as Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach. You’ll also see the exits for Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet & Wild which is on International Drive where you’ll also find more Outlet Shopping and several places to eat. 

There is also plenty of shopping at “The Downtown Disney Market Place”. The East Side has been open for about 3 years and the West Side for just about 1-year. They both have Shopping, Dinning and Entertainment. The “Crab House”; “Wolfgan Pucks Restaurant”; “House Of Blues”; “Planet Hollywood”; “Pleasure Island”;

“The Rain Forest Café”; and Gloria Estefans Restaurant. If you’re lucky you may even see her and Emilio. You can be assured that your meal at any of these restaurants will be delicious. They even have a McDonalds for the kids.

  In addition to all the other eateries and nightclubs in the area. Continuing East through Orlando you can spend a day at Daytona Beach or take a tour of the Daytona “500”. It’s about a 90-min. ride from our house to Daytona.

 Getting on I-4 W will bring you to Cypress Gardens, where you can enjoy a day of shows, beautiful gardens and of course the Water Ski shows. There is also “The World Of Flight” where you can experience the dogfights of WWII in a flight simulator. Then there is also the “World Of Baseball” which is about 25 mins. away. Continue on I-4 W and you’ll get to the Beaches in Clearwater, Tampa, and Sarasota, where the sand is just as white as the freshly fallen snow. See a Dolphin game at Tampa Stadium or bring the kids to Bush Gardens, which is about a 60- min ride from the house.

 If you go back to the Chevron Station take a left onto Lake Wilson Road. Follow it to the end. About 7 miles. You’ll come to the Intersection of RT. 192. Take a right and you’ll head into Kissimmee. Where you’ll find Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Flea Markets, and “Old Town”. A quaint little town, where you’ll find all kinds of little shops. They even have an old country store where you can still get a coke for a quarter.

 There’s always something to do in the Orlando area and you’re so close to all the action. There’s also “King Henry’s Feast”; “The Arabian Nights”; “Wild Bills”; “Medieval Times”; and “Capones Dinner Shows”. Most of which have 2 Shows nightly.  The first show is at 7:00 p.m. and the later show at 9:00 p.m. whichever one you pick you’ll enjoy the dinner and the show.
